TiProD: Tissue-Specific Promoter Database

TiProD is a collaborative effort by Dept. Bioinformatics (Univ. Goettingen/UKG), Center of Bioinf. (Peking Univ.), and BIOBASE GmbH,
funded by the Sino-German Center of Research Promotion
The TiProD database is based on the TRANSPROTM / CYTOMER® / GO / CGAP / dbEST / UniGene / EPD databases.
TiProD collects information about promoter sequences for tissue-specificity in human.
